Abstract

  The main purpose of this research is to study the effect of the transformational leadership in organizational trust.

  The research conducted on a random sample of 64 Person of the General Company for Southern Cement in Kufa, It used the research the questionnaire as a data collection tool and SPSS used in data analysis.

  The research concluded that there is a good level of Characteristics of transformational leadership with Working Leaders of the General Company for Southern Cement in Kufa, It also concluded that there is a good level of organizational trust with persons of the General Company for Southern Cement in Kufa , It was also concluded that there was an impact of transformational leadership practice in organizational trust in the General Company for Southern Cement in Kufa .

  The research reached a number of recommendations, The most important focus on promotion and strengthening dimension Idealised influence, By working leaders acting as models workers try to his simulations.

Also work to review the methods and programs dimension Inspirational motivation which is followed by the leaders of the General Company for Southern Cement in Kufa, so as to contribute to building a culture supportive of organizational trust, because these two dimensions have received averages less than the other dimensions of transformational leadership.
