Abstract

Iraq has been suffering from a fluctuation in economic growth due to wars and mismanagement of resources, especially human and technological resources, and the limited economic growth of natural resources, especially the crude oil supplier, which accounts for more than 90% of the growth of the Iraqi economy and this serious dependence on a resource that fluctuates and fluctuates in prices This study is intended to clarify the important role of R & D activity in economic growth, and the possibility of promoting this activity and its indicators, through increasing the material and moral support, and encouraging Scientific knowledge and attention to the education sector and its outputs for the possibilities that contribute to the development of economic and social reality.
