The agricultural sector comes in the forefront of the vital sectors that greatly affect the outputs and inputs of the economy, this sector has gone through various stages at times, positive and negative, showing how weak this sector is in providing the requirements for food security, which has become a strategic factor in the stability of society and the achievement of social and economic well-being.
The role of agriculture in the economy during the past decades has been greatly affected by the weakness of the funds allocated to this sector in comparison to other expenses allocated to other sectors.
The question remains, do these allocations work? In other words, are the deficiencies in counting the advancement of the agricultural sector related to agricultural policies followed by the Ministry? Or are these allocations insufficient, ungrouped and properly distributed among the branches of the agricultural sector?
