The study aimed to identify the nature of the prevailing organizational climate and organizational loyalty at the Babylon Technical Institute, and to determine the correlation between the two variables, and to know the effect between them. The Institute was chosen as a study society as it is one of the pillars of community development, where it prepares middle cadres in administrative, technological and medical disciplines. The study sample consisted of (80) administrative personnel working in administrative units and scientific departments in the Institute. To achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was followed. To obtain the necessary data, a special questionnaire was designed for this purpose which includes two areas (organizational climate, organizational loyalty). For the purpose of data analysis and processing, the SPSS package and the following statistical methods were used: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentages, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, T test, F test). The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which were: The availability of a positive organizational climate with medium degree and a positive degree of organizational loyalty among the staff of the Technical Institute in Babylon, as well as existence of  a positive and strong correlation between organizational climate and organizational loyalty . The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is , it is essential that the senior management of the institute adopt an organizational environment that deepens and develops the level of organizational loyalty of the employees by strengthening the prevailing organizational climate in the Babylon Technical Institute through developing and enhancing the positive aspects and addressing the negative aspects in its dimensions.
