Abstract 

    The study aims to indicate the role of health in the construction of sustainable development, mediated by activation of the role of the Office of Financial Supervision in federal oversight of plans and programs for health and sustainable development  , in the quest to get to meet the challenges of communicable diseases and non-communicable widespread and extreme poverty and the deterioration of the security situation and the lack of allocations that hinder the development of health services and to improve quality, In the hope of processed acceptable in line with the approved standards and the time limit for achieving development goals.
