ABSTRACT:

 This research focuses on crude oil policy in Iraq in conditions of licenses rounds of oil that it is doing federation ministry of oil in the one side , and partial Iraq in organization petroleum exporting countries (OPEC) in the other side , and must be obligation Iraq to system quotas and determinant quantity of production according to OPEC policy of production that it is suitable with world oil market to achieve stability of prices and markets of oil eventually
