The research aims to identify the extent of the impact of strategic flexibility through its dimensions (flexibility of human capital, market flexibility, productive flexibility) in the leadership of small and medium-sized business organizations through its dimensions (orientation of the initiative, seizing opportunities, taking risks, maximizing resources). The sample included the managers of companies in the construction materials manufacturing sector. The questionnaire used a major source for data collection, as it distributed (36) questionnaires and retrieved (31) complete questionnaires, i.e. the rate of retrieval (89%). After conducting statistical analyzes, the research found the effect of two variables of strategic flexibility, namely human capital flexibility and productive flexibility in the leadership of business organizations, and it became clear that there was no significant impact of market flexibility in leadership.
