This Research aimed to determine the relationship between organizational agility and strategic renewal through the intermediate role of organizational intelligence by applying in KOREK Telecom For mobile communications Company. In order to achieve this, organizational agility dimensions (responsiveness, competency, flexibility, speed) were adopted based on (Sharifi&Zhang,1999), One-dimensional organizational intelligence was adopted based on (2003Albrecht(, The dimensions of strategic renewal (content, context, process) have been adopted on the basis of a group of writers and researchers (Volberda, et al., 2001) (Flier, et al., 2003).
KOREK Telecom For mobile communications Company was selected as a field of research through the distribution of questionnaire (46) questionnaire of the employees of the company, as well as observation and interviews. The correlation coefficient (Person), the F-test was used to determine the significance of the regression equation, and R2 was used to explain how much the influence of the independent variable in the intermediate variable and the dependent variable. One of the most important conclusions reached is research for Organizational intelligence has an active intermediary role for the relationship between organizational agility and strategic renewal in the competitive environment of Iraq.
The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the use of the intermediate relationship of organizational intelligence in the relationship between organizational agility and strategic renewal and its utilization in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic objectives.
