Abstract

The current research seeks to search for the relationship between strategic renewal through its dimensions (Exploration Entrepreneurship Business, Investment Opportunities, Engagement leadership) and strategic supremacy through its dimensions (sphere of influence competitive configuration, competitive compression). The questionnaire was used to obtain useful information from the top leaders, consisting of (116) leaders as a community and sample of the study. Some statistical methods were used, using the exploratory global analysis. The most important recommendations on coordination and cooperation with all partners and investors in order to establish a common vision contribute to fill the market need and allow competitors to enter into its geographical and sphere of ​​influence and Strategic supremacy in company constraint research and worker on enhancing al dimension sphere influence .
